Jerry Malloy Negro Leagues Art Competition
Art Entries from previous Competitions
See some sample entries from the first three years of our competition

This piece is dedicated to the anonymous former Negro League baseball player. While book after book has been written about greats such as Satchel Paige, Josh Gibson (among others), we know that your career was just as important. History may only give us your name on a few scorecards, but we would love to have seen the diving catches you made; the blazing bases that you stole; and the majestic homeruns that you hit. We know that your curveball would have ranked among the best all-time.
